One of my favorite times of the year is upon us...March Madness. March Madness is an opportunity for everyone to make their best attempt at filling out a bracket for the NCAA college basketball tournament. People here at Western New England have gotten into the act as we have been working to find those Cinderella teams in between reading applications.
The city of Springfield is even getting in on the madness that is March. The Mass Mutual Center in downtown Springfield is the host of the 2011 Men's Division 2 quarterfinals round, final four and championship game. The quarterfinal round will be played on Wednesday, March 23rd beginning at 12:00 pm. The final four games will be played on Thursday, March 24th at 6:00 and 8:30 pm. The championship game will be played on Saturday, March 26th at 1:00 pm and will be televised nationally on CBS.
